Known as The Georgia Peach Attorney, Alycia Vail Taylor founded The AVAIL Firm with a clear purpose: to make legal service more understandable, approachable, and responsive to the real lives behind each matter.


As Founder and CEO, Alycia leads the firm’s vision, strategy, service standards, and long-term growth. She remains an attorney and the firm’s public voice, but AVAIL is intentionally designed so excellent client care does not depend on one person.


Client matters may be led or supported by different attorneys and legal professionals based on the matter’s needs and the terms of the engagement. The firm’s shared systems and AVAIL and PEACHY standards help maintain clear communication, accountability, and consistent care throughout that relationship.


Alycia’s goal is not simply to build a practice around herself. It is to build a lasting firm that clients can trust through this transition—and the ones that follow.
